As the home of the newest NHL team, the Seattle Kraken, the landmarked and historically significant Key Arena was renovated and updated for the 21st century. Integral to this was on-site solar that conformed with the landmarked roof while producing clean energy on-site. Unico Solar worked with the development’s design and construction teams to install solar not just on the arena atrium, but also the adjacent VIP parking garage and the team’s offsite practice facility.
